Interested In Joining Our Vendor Alley?

Below are the details for participating - we will be capping the number of vendors so do not delay if you are interested!

• Each vendor station includes a 8-foot table covered in white linen.

• Please bring a cart/dolly with you if you will need it for set up/tear down.

• Electricity is available in the room but not guaranteed for use.  It will be on a first come, first serve basis. Extension cords are not provided.

• There will be no 'doubling up' on vendors, offering vendors brand exclusivity.

• Estimated attendance is 250 people, please plan accordingly.

• Booths must be attended at all times. This is for the safety and care of your items.

• Vendors are responsible for their own cashbox.

• New Blossoms New Life Foundation is not responsible for accidents or injury during the event.

• New Blossoms New Life Foundation is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise or money.

Vendor Station Cost

The cost per vendor station is $125 and includes a 8' foot table with white linen, your ticket for our main purse raffle ($75 value),  as well as the opportunity to enjoy our food/dessert and open bar throughout the event.     Or, you may opt-out of inlcuding the raffle ticket and your vendor cost would be $100.    if you have more than one person staffing your table we ask for an additional $25pp to cover the food/bar expense.   Please note that you must be 21 to attend this event as well as to staff a vendor table.

When you are interested in securing your space, please complete the request below.   We will be in touch once it is received after to confirm your space.    If we are able to accomodate your request, your online payment will be due within 48 hours to hold your table.
