UPCOMING VOLUNTEER NEEDS

We realized some jobs may get done sooner than expected because of extra help –

you will always earn at least 1 hour of volunteer time even if the task does not take that long!

 

To sign-up to help in an area you see still has an opening,  simply contact the person listed.       We will report to Jenny Fiske all hours earned no later than a few days after the event.      We will attempt to update this page as timely as possible so you know where we need help!

10TH ANNIVERSARY COCKTAIL PARTY - Friday, August 25

Responsible for keeping munchie area stocked and clean.   All food will be provided and will be easy (do not have to prepare anything).    You will just need to restock trays as needed and be sure we maintain a clean food line and kitchen area.    You will be responsible for clean-up of this area at the end of the event.     This area also keeps an eye on our trash cans during the event and emptying them as necessary.

SELLING TIPS

Work the floor selling tips, rip-off cards, etc.     This is a great option for a guy – the ladies playing bingo LOVE to have the guys walk around….they seem to be a lot more generous!

EVENT CLEAN-UP

Friday, Aug. 4     9:30 for about an hour

We need to stack chairs after the event, empty trash cans, and just be sure that we don’t have any huge messes on the tables or floor.
